Dear Members,

 

If you are in town and not in the mood to beat the crowds at a local restaurant, come down to the club for a nice dinner.  

Friday, July 3rd Dinner specials:

Surf & Turf:             Grilled 14 oz. N.Y. strip steak accompanied with an 8 oz. fresh Maine lobster tail.

Chilean Sea Bass:        Pan-seared Chilean sea bass served with sautéed spinach and arugula. 

Roasted Rack of Lamb:    Roasted balsamic-glazed lamb with red potatoes and asparagus.

Prime Rib:               Roasted rare prime rib served with au jus.

Porterhouse Steak:       24 oz. Grilled Porterhouse steak served with sautéed mushrooms & onions.

Soup:                    Manhattan clam chowder

Vegetable:               Sautéed yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms and onions.

Rice:                    Couscous

Potato:          Loaded, twice-baked potato

Saturday, July 4th:

  • Breakfast served from 7 am until 9 am in the dining room.
  • Blind draw “firecracker” event in pro shop ($10).
  • Lunch served upstairs in the lounge
  • Cookout Saturday with Ashley downstairs (see attached flyer)
  • Dinner Saturday night-limited lounge menu:

  • Quarter of baked chicken
